Carefully packedFor a safe journey

Six jars of 200 ml each, in borosilicate glass with brushed steel lids. The lid carries a flip insert: one side opens wide enough for a spoon, the other has shaker holes. Which means one jar works for both haldi you measure and chaat masala you sprinkle.

Glass, so you can see

The single most useful property of a spice jar is that you can tell at a glance what is in it and how much is left. Borosilicate resists thermal shock, so a jar can be washed in very hot water without crazing.

Sealed against humidity

Each lid has a silicone ring. In Karachi summer, that is the difference between free-running salt and a solid block.

Care

Dishwasher safe. Dry completely before refilling — trapped moisture cakes ground spices. Wash the silicone ring separately if it picks up a strong aroma.

Common questions

Will spices clump in humid weather?

Not if the jars are dry when filled. Each lid has a silicone sealing ring that keeps humidity out — that is the main cause of caking.

Is 200 ml enough for everyday spices?

For most ground spices, yes — it holds roughly 100–150 g depending on density. For bulk haldi or chilli you may want to refill from a larger container.

Can I put hot spices straight in after grinding?

Let them cool first. Warm spices release moisture that then condenses inside a sealed jar.
