Quarter, third, half and one cup, with both cup and millilitre figures laser-etched into the steel. Printed markings on measuring cups fade within a year of dishwashing, at which point you are guessing.
Flat rims
Each cup has a true flat rim, so you can strike across it with a knife and get a level measure. A rolled or beaded rim makes that impossible and is why some cups consistently over-measure flour.
Long handles, riveted
Long enough to reach the bottom of a deep flour container without your knuckles going in with them.

Common questions
Will the measurement markings wear off?
No. They are laser-etched into the steel rather than printed, so dishwashing and scrubbing will not remove them.
Is one cup 240 ml or 250 ml?
These are 240 ml US cups, which is the standard most published recipes use. Both cup and millilitre figures are marked so you can work in either.
Can I use them for liquids?
Yes, though a spouted jug is easier for pouring. For dry ingredients these are more accurate, because you can level the flat rim.
